1. The Brief
Every design starts with a Brief - a detailed discussion of your wishes and requirements for your new design. The Brief sets the parameters of the design.
2. Concept Design
The early stages of the design process involves research and thinking time, during which the Brief will be interpreted into a set of concept boards that act as a 'springboard' for the design direction throughout the process.
3. Design Development
This is where the ideas from the concept designs are developed into real schemes that represent the furniture, finishes and fittings that together create the design.
Plans, Elevations, Electrical and Lighting layouts as well as visuals are the tools used to create and present the designs. We also design bespoke joinery and furniture - from wardrobes to headboards and soft furnishings - to truly tailor the design to your requirements.
4. Specification
Once the design visuals are agreed, we produce a costed Specification spreadsheet, recommending the right products, finishes and service providers to ensure the design can be realised to the budget we have agreed to.
5. Project Co-ordination
We can take away the stress of liaising with the builders with regular site visits, and general support and guidance to help your project run smoothly.
Once the building works are complete, we can also oversee the furniture and accessories installation and styling.
